Enjoy free nationwide shipping on all orders placed through our website, All products will be shipped via standard delivery, which typically takes 7-8 business days from the date of dispatch.

Order Cancellation and Lost Deliveries: If you cancel your order before it ships, or if your order is lost or undelivered, we will process a complete reattempt of your order, including any shipping fees paid online.

Returns and Exchanges:

We do not accept returns; only exchanges are permitted under specific conditions, and customers will be responsible for shipping charges for exchanges (up to three times).
If you choose to return an item after delivery, you will be responsible for the return and shipping costs.

Fair Usage Policy: To ensure a positive experience for all customers, we monitor return behavior. Accounts that frequently return items or refuse shipments may incur an additional shipping charge of Rs. 1000 on all future orders and may have the cash-on-delivery option disabled. This policy helps us serve our loyal customers better.

Order Tracking: To check the status of your order, log into your account, navigate to the “Order History” section, and select the specific order you wish to track. Click on "Track Order" for real-time updates.

Delivery Method: Orders are dispatched through reliable courier partners such as Blue Dart, FedEx, and Aramex.

Partial Orders or Damaged Deliveries: If you receive a partial order or a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim. When reaching out, please provide the following:

A brief description of the issue.
Photos of the package and contents, particularly any damage or tampering.
Keep the packaging for 3-4 days after delivery for potential investigation.

Refunds for prepaid or cash-on-delivery orders will be processed following our investigation. Please note that claims may be denied if:

Adequate information or documentation is not provided.
The item has been used or the packaging has been discarded.

Mirror Deliveries: Please be aware that, due to changes in our delivery partner's terms, we do not accept claims for damaged mirror portions of products. You may opt for delivery without the mirror/glass for a standard deduction from your order value based on the mirror size.
